My family has been in Real Estate since 1953 when my father graduated from UCLA's first graduating class for Real Estate. My stepmother owned and operated Imperial Escrow, the largest escrow company in the San Fernando Valley in it's time. My roots in this area go back over 125 years. My family bought into the first subdivision in Van Nuys, Ca.

I forged my career as a independant Landman negotiating with Oil companies in the Permian Basin and founded Ranch Land Financial. I have personally overseen hundreds of transactions in my 23 years representing myself and business partners. Since November 2021 I have opened my services to the public for residential real estate by helping Buyers and Sellers navigate the market during what amounts to one of the most important investments many people will make in their lifetimes.

Growing up in Woodland Hills, my family kept a dock home at Channel Islands Harbor. It is an area where you will find some of the most affordable beach real estate from San Diego to Santa Barbara. I am an avid waterman, a Scuba Diver, Fisherman and USCG Licensed Captain.

When away from the ocean you can find me at my favorite Mountain town, Pine Mountain Club, it has a Country Club feel, a PGA golf course, and no crowds! Since it is only an hour outside of Downtown Los Angeles, it is LA's best kept secret!
